Its my son first cut so my son was crying coz he is afraid on whats is going on i forgot the name who cut my sons hair she was not good handling a baby... and also her smellf feels like came in to a smoke break also while my Son crying she was rude. The way shes saying “om my god i am not doing this” that is very unprofessional just letting you and we decided not finish mu sons hair!! And of course we still pay the while price of it. And also we didnt here anythjng to the lade who help us. Nothing accomodating to comeback! just letting you know you are dealing with kids. Say things that kids will understand..... or maybe appropriate to us we, we did not say bad to her we just want to let her that be professional even babies are crying or uncomfortable on whats happening. More training I guess but other than that place was good for the kids

One stylist smelled like she just got done with a smoke break. Her hands smelled so bad . The other stylist was quiet and didn't help my kids calm down. Both were not good with kids. Would not recommend

Our 1st time at Cookie Cutters was not all what I had expected. Me and my son walked in and was standing next in line for about 3 mins without even being greeted. Mind you there was 4 employees and only 2 lady's were cutting hair. I told my son to go pick a special chair he wanted to sit in. He picked the plane, when we got there it had hair all over it from the previous cut that should have been cleaned before hand. The woman then cleaned it, I lifted my son into his chair as he grabbed the little steering wheel it then fell to the ground. My son was disappointed, so then we had to pick a different chair. As I'm thinking to myself this is a brand new place of business and things shouldn't be falling apart already. Then to top it all off the lady that cut my sons hair did a terrible job and I got this feeling she wasn't a true professional nor did she pay attention to detail all that well (his line up in back and around his ears were off, his bangs in front were uneven, and he had lighter patches on the sides of his hair that were unproperly cut.) Now I will say Cookie cutters is a inviting fun hair cut place for children. Dispite the attention to detail the stylist was nice, said she wanted me to leave happy. I just felt her expertise was not there and I wasn't gonna get his hair cut the way I expected it to. After this experience, I'll most likely not be returning.

We booked in the app and requested Stephanie. However when we came on time, another stylist took us and put us in a awkward position of having to request Stephanie while she was still with another customer. We ended up not getting Stephanie. The woman we got was slow and did not make my son feel at ease. She spoke one sentence to him and did not honor my wife's request to cut his bangs shorter. Our previous visits were great but there seems to be turnover in December 2018. Very disappointed that our old stylist Jasmine left. Not sure if we will give this place another chance.

My experience started off when I made an appointment for 11 AM to 12 PM. I showed up at 10:40 AM. One of the stylists greeted me clean up a chair that my son wanted to sit in and prepped the station for the other stylist. The other stylist that was assigned to my son started arguing with the other lady about putting people in a different station other than the one she was in. The lady that cleaned up the initial station said fine I won’t clean your station anymore, I was just helping you out. I won’t help you out anymore. They continue to argue a little more and then after 20 minutes later the lady finally came over and greeted us. After the haircut was over we smelled onions and the lady cutting my sons hair made a comment about how it smells. Then the lady came out from a break area and said it was her food. The the lady leaves my son and confronts her again about how she doesn’t want the lady touching her stuff in her station or moving her into a different station. Ever time I come in with my 1 1/2 year old son and 3 ya old daughter, I have chosen where to sit and that’s that. I feel like I was caught in the midddle of the argument and because I was in a different station I had to wait 20 minutes before we got any attention. There was nobody else in the building when my son was seated. Pretty unprofessional and unimpressed by the lack of attention needed to make this a decent experience. I’m really disappointed, no I’m absolutely disappointed! I don’t think I’ll go back. Seriously! It was awkward and I felt like I’m the one that had to “ build a bridge and get over it”
