Diana is wonderful. I fully trust that she knows what she is doing and always has a great understanding of what I'm wanting. Have been trying to achieve a light blonde has been a process. It can get frustrating when your wanting change immedietly and you just want the color u want. Now instead of later. We have reached the look I was going for but even before reaching our goal, i have always left the salon loving my hair! Thanks so much diana!

I love the salon, it's definitely the best in the south bend area. I like that I can get online appointments. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Great hair products. However yesterday during my appointment I noticed that it's a little dirty. There is hair in the corners of the room, dirty brushes with hair at different stations, even brushes laying on the floor. I hope these brushes are not used on our hair without cleaning them.

I started going to Ally at Salon Rouge on Edison when my previous hairstyle went on maternity leave. At that point, I wasn't disappointed with my old hair stylist, but my hair was very unhealthy and never quite how I wanted it when I had left my old salon after an appointment. After I started seeing Ally at Salon Rouge, my hair went from dull to very healthy and the exact shade of blonde that I wanted instead of the brassy, damaged hair I had before that I had accepted as normal for bleached hair. I think it took about 6 months, using the products that Ally suggested and having her highlight my hair and my hair is now shiny, healthy and long! Madelyn blow dried & curled my hair and did a great job - she's very friendly and personable. From the coffee in the morning or wine in the evening, the whole experience is something I now look forward to every 8 weeks. Every person that I've come into contact with - receptionists, and the girls that help with blow drying, washing, and setting up the color stations - everyone is friendly, which is refreshing because hair salons can be intimidating!
