I have been a customer for over 20 years. I am now going to another salon every other visit to get my hair extentions put in. About 8 months ago, I tried to get in to have my extentions moved up, she was not available for 3 weeks, that was pushing it, but I made the appointment anyway. She then cancelled my appt. I'm not sure why Antonio cannot do extentions. Why are you limiting services? It's just pushing us to other Salons.
