My stylist clearly did not know how to work with African-American hair. My hair was barely straightened. My ends were straight, but my roots were still curly. She did not use any product before blow drying and straightening my hair so now my hair feels fried. She did an “okay” good job on my haircut, I wish I would’ve had more layers like I had asked for but the styling afterwards really left me upset.
