I usually have a wonderful experience when I go there. This time, however, I wasn't exactly treated with respect. I had someone doing my hair that I had previously used, but had switched to another because I wasn't exactly happy with her work, (not that it was terrible) but she was the only one available that day. I was left with my foils in for well over an hour, and if I am remembering correctly, it was closer to an hour and a half! Not only that, the shampoo girl who's name I will not mention, literally told me several times, "I can't even." "Your hair is too long." "I can't get a brush through this." She repeated "I can't even." several more times before she gave me what in her words was a "power dry" in order to be able to brush my hair. Halfway through, I just asked her to quit and I was going to go home with half wet, half poofy hair. At almost the same time, the person who colored my hair discovered that my hair had reacted to the foils or something underneath so instead of going home, I had to wait for her to put toner or whatever she used on my hair and wash it again. She only washed the part she redid so I still had half wet, half poofy hair that wasn't brushed. After over three hours, I was finally able to go home and my hair is too blonde. I am not sure if I will go back or not. I probably will because I had always had a good experience up to that point. I will be making sure that I do not have either of them touch my hair in the future.
