I have been going to the Salon for seven years. Ashley is an outstanding hairdresser. She is professional in her dress and always respectful to her clients. Since I have been patronizing the Salon, I have noticed a visible decline in the less than professional dressing and very causal customer service, demonstrated by the younger girls. It seems like a very unprofessional atmosphere. Is this a conscious effort to cater to younger clientele? I believe that keeping consist regular clients is stellar to any business. However, if the general thought is to make the Salon fast, hip, and geared toward people under 40 then I may not feel comfortable visiting once per month for my special pampering day. I just wanted to register my observations. Thank you
