Ally was amazing! I wasn't sure if the color I wanted was possible on my hair. She explained the lengthy process needed but also listened to me and provided an alternative. The alternative was awesome! I liked it so much better than what I originally wanted. Diana did the cut and style. She showed me how to style it the same way at home.
