The last 3 times I arrived for my appointment I had a waiting time of close to 30 minutes. I was not happy with my last 2 experiences as I left the salon without the color I wanted. I am not one to switch salons easily so after my first experience, I took more responsibility for my own hair and took a picture to be clear as to what I wanted. I expressed that I was not happy with the color from the previous visit. Lets just say, I left the salon again feeling very disappointed and not wanting to return. My service was very expensive and was not worth my last two experiences. I am a professional and try my best to give my clients what they need. I did not feel my stylist cared or tried to please me. I did not get an apology for waiting so long, nor did I feel that she cared about satisfying me. I am visiting other salons for a better fit.
