Stylist did exactly I requested - a wonderful color & cut!

The last 3 times I arrived for my appointment I had a waiting time of close to 30 minutes. I was not happy with my last 2 experiences as I left the salon without the color I wanted. I am not one to switch salons easily so after my first experience, I took more responsibility for my own hair and took a picture to be clear as to what I wanted. I expressed that I was not happy with the color from the previous visit. Lets just say, I left the salon again feeling very disappointed and not wanting to return. My service was very expensive and was not worth my last two experiences. I am a professional and try my best to give my clients what they need. I did not feel my stylist cared or tried to please me. I did not get an apology for waiting so long, nor did I feel that she cared about satisfying me. I am visiting other salons for a better fit.

Ally is the best! SO talented and just so easy to be with. She makes my hair look fantastic and that look lasts. She is an artist!

I moved here a year ago and needed a new person to trust with my hair. For a woman, it's a big deal. It was recommended that I go here. When I called I told them what I was looking for and they paired me up with Stephanie! She didn't disappoint. I have been going to her ever since. People are great here.

Mariah was my stylist and she did a FABULOUS job. I never have been one to go get my hair done so this was a first for me. She had great hospitality and made my visit a superb experience!
