My appointment was last minut so I was afraid that I would t receive a quality cut and style. How I was wrong! Not only did Stephanie L greet me warmly but she did an amazing job with my hair! I left feeling like a new woman. Thank you Salon Rouge 💁🏻‍♀️

Very disappointed today. Went to a different stylist, Lexi. I went for a highlight. I told her whatever you do, make sure my hair is not brassy. As she was washing the bleach out of my hair, she then put a toner on it. Now you know when someone uses a toner it is because they did not do a good job. I asked her why she was putting a toner on it. She said the top was yellow. Obviously she screwed up. So...after paying $145 my hair looks no different than it did when i arrived except it is now brassy! Now when she was drying it I told her it looked brassy. She then had the audacity to say, it had some "brassiness" in it already. It is bad enough that she messed it up, now she would not even take responsibility. Certainly not would I expect from Salon Rouge.
