My only complaint would be how I was “greeted” when I walked in. I did not get a hello or anything, just a “do you have an appointment”. I told her I did have an appointment and she just looked at the other receptionist, who pointed to my appointment on the screen as she was on the phone. The girl began talking to someone as I waited there for someone to tell me I was checked in, could have a seat, or something. She stopped her conversation to look at me and I asked “am I checked in” and she told me yes and continued her conversation. When the other receptionist got off the phone she asked if I needed anything. I told her no and thanked her.
