It was my first time at the salon. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The only thing that surprised me was the amount of hair on the floor between stations, on my chair before I sat down; the cleanliness could be better. Overall, very happy.

My stylist had another client, so after my appointment time, I waited 1/2 hour before I even saw my stylist, then waited another 1.5 hours to get to the point of having him come back to wash the color out of my hair (he was cutting the hair for another client while I sat over an hour with color on my hair). Oh, and yes, he asked if I needed anything, and I asked for coffee, but he was apparently too busy to bring any to me. Overall, my appointment for cut and color took 2 hours, 45 minutes. I was glad to be able to have an appointment, and the ladies out front were very helpful and even got me coffee when I first came in, but I did not feel I was very important to the person who colored and cut my hair.

I got a cut and color for a dramatic new look. My stylist Brooke was as excited about the change as I was, and she offered excellent advice for styling my new 'do. I am very happy and will be back.
