During the mask phase we all went through, environments could be really tense! I was literally denied service at a local salon, if I did not apologize to an assistant who yelled at me for pulling my mask down to talk to my husband on the phone. I had been there for 15 years. It was Christmas Eve. I left crying. When I arrived at your salon, everyone was pleasant, happy, and there was the absence of the thick vapor of fear. And you serve wine! Since then, a yr now(?) I continue to be impressed by the easy going nature and talent at the salon. Can’t tell you what that meant to me after such a horrible experience. It was as if they were saying, “Crisis? What crisis?” Have some wine, and let’s take care of you!
