I have been seeing my hair designer for about 10 years and a medical condition sent her out on medical leave. Had that not happened, I wouldn't have been looking for a new designer. I found Heidi and I'm very pleased with Heidi's work. She's a real artist. Not only is she great at her craft, she is kind and compassionate. I very much like our long-term plan with my hair and I don't see me looking for a new designer any time soon. Heidi is thorough and meticulous and takes her time to do my hair right; and I appreciate that very much. She doesn't just slap some color on my head and call it a day. She is conscientious and takes pride in her work. My only not so positive feedback is that the salon prices are really expensive. I've compared prices to similar salons and the prices at Salon Rouge are 10-25 more per service depending on stylist. That adds up when you're receiving multiple services. I've been paying 135, before tip, at SR and that's without a cut. I typically pay 113 with a cut. I know it's unrealistic to think you're going to lower your prices but I felt compelled to capitalize on the opportunity to provide feedback. I have been looking for a luxurious salon like the one I used to go to in a previous home state, a place where going to get a haircut could feel special, and I think I found it at Salon Rouge! Everyone was welcoming, the environment was relaxed but felt upscale, and I'm really happy with the haircut and style I got from Brooke. I really enjoyed the scalp massage she gave me at the beginning of my visit! The price was reasonable and typical for this level of service; it was actually a little less than what I expected. I'm looking forward to my next haircut!

Loved my manicure and pedicure. The whole experience was lovely and the lady who attended to me was so kind and sweet. She did a great job and made me feel as if my comfort and experience was most important to her. I was offered wine and other beverages. Wonderful time.

I was so thankful I was able to finally get a haircut and was very pleased with my stylist Madison. She was attentive when I was explaining how I like my hair styled and was able to give some suggestions that I took her advice. The salon was clean and safe and the staff wore facial masks to ensure everyone was safe during my stay. Thank you so much!
