For those of us who are unaware of the credit/debit card rules, it would be helpful for the staff to ask if it is credit or debit when paying for services. I gave my debit card for payment today and it was run as a credit card. They assured me that payment would be taken from my bank account and I would not be billed, but that remains to be seen. It may be that they are correct but it was an uncomfortable situation for me.

I know I will leave happy everytime I go to Salon Rouge. Been an off and on customer for over 10 years now, and I've never been dissatisfied with anything they've ever done for me. Very pleased with my color and cut and will definitely be coming back!

I continue to enjoy going to Salon Rouge for my hair care. I will say the only thing I was not completely satisfied about last visit was the waiting and time it took for my hair. I had an 145pm apt and did not get out of there until after 6pm. This has been the only time this has happened.
