I'm pretty sure I had someone who was fairly new, very nice young girl but upon finishing with me said "this isn't the best balayage I've seen/done but it's not bad". Not necessarily satisfied with my results and the way she even felt/expressed to me how the job was done. Definitely doesn't help with someone's self esteem. I didn't not enjoy my experience, she was very kind throughout, but even when she said that phrase and then asked me to come back two weeks later and we could fix it threw me off. She felt she didn't do a great job, charged me full price and then asked me to come back to pay that same price and do the same thing again in two weeks? I'm just not feeling good about the situation at all.

I have to say, Mariah did an AWESOME, AWESOME job on my hair. I absolutely love it!!! (: I had box colored black hair and she transformed me with some dimension with a balayage. Also, I am in the process of growing both my hair and bangs out. I have pretty thick hair and I was looking like Cousin It and with the trim and thinning of my hair, I now look human. LOL I will definitely be booking another appt. with Mariah!

Antonio is awesome as always. My big issue was that I had also made an appointment for my daughter for the same appointment time. She is a new customer. Her appointment was booked with Madeline. At the time I made the appointment for her I explained that she had long curly hair and that she was going for a short cut. When we got there I went off with Antonio and he started with my highlight. After I had been there for over an hour, I got a text from my husband telling me that the stylist refused to cut my daughter's hair, saying that "She doesn't do pixie cuts." If we had known that the stylist couldn't do short cuts (even though I stated that was her goal when making the appointment) when she initially refused, Antonio could have done her cut while I was processing, as his appointment for that time had cancelled. As it is, she rescheduled with another stylist for Friday evening, and spent the next couple of hours wasting her time in the waiting room. I'm not sure we'll be keeping her appointment. I appreciate that someone who didn't know how to do the cut didn't attempt it anyway, but I'm a bit mystified as to why this person is cutting hair at all. She's clearly not ready, or her clients are not being properly screened to accommodate her limited skills. Turning away clients is not a good thing. I've been a customer for probably 4 or 5 years, maybe more. I'm really unhappy with the way things went for my daughter last night.

Such a great experience! I came in with a bridal party. We were taken back on time, and finished in plenty of time. Nothing was rushed. Lexy did my hair and I love it! So many people complimented me throughout the night. The style also stayed through the day into night! Highly recommend this salon!

Usually upon arrival i have been offered a drink, water or coffee. Today i was not offered anything, and my stylist rushed through the styling. My haircut is great, the straightening job was not. This appointment wasnt perfect as usual. Wont stop me from coming here. Just hope my next visit is better.
