Overall I enjoy coming to the salon and I really like my stylist. During my recent visit, the manager asked us to quiet down while my stylist and I were laughing. I understand wanting to keep the environment calm, but it felt a little surprising since salons are usually social spaces and we weren’t being disruptive. It may have just been a quiet day, but I wanted to share that the interaction felt a bit heavy-handed. Otherwise my experience with the stylist herself has been spectacular .
