I was satisfied with the haircut. And was shocked I had no other client sitting next to me during my appt. I'm not sure that went all that great with just me and Chrissy with that area all to ourselves - don't get me wrong I like it that way. I've always thought a great idea would be to get a cut in the privacy of my own home - just a thought because of the kind of discussions we have had for many many years now, I do not want others to hear it. So when that lady was standing right next to us at the front desk it makes me want to stop talking as it is none of their business. But I was not happy that the price went up $5 and I was not made aware of that before my appointment. I would recommend you inform your customers of price increases. I mean for me personally, I always bring the exact amount of the cost plus tip. Unreal that for the 1st time ever I actually had an extra 5 bucks on me for plans later on. Of course that caused a problem with those plans later on because that money was gone. It is worth the extra money for me to get a professional haircut, just not sure I fit in there because of my status. And I think that causes problems. I'm not sure you understand all that much people whom are different than your regulars - esp men. I wish I could afford to get it cut more often. Anyway thanks, I appreciate you.
