Ashley Houser is an excellent stylist. She is friendly and very professional! Also, the front desk staff (I don't remember their names) are very friendly and helpful when booking new appointments or rescheduling.

Disappointed that I spent almost 4 hours with what turned out to be basically a root touch up with barely visible highlights—opposite of what I wanted despite showing pictures and having a discussion prior. I had realistic expectation and not expecting something impossible to achieve. Not only that, walking out with hair dye all over my forehead and ears—meaning not paying attention to details. I had to go back inside to have it wiped away. I’ve kept going to this salon for many years and continued since moving out of state and when visiting town. I’ll pass next time.

When you leave Salon Rouge after Nicoleta gives you a pedicure, you’re so relaxed. She does a wonderful job and has a great personality.
