This was my first time at Salon Rouge and I DEFINITELY will be back. Everyone is extremely friendly. Elena did such an amazing job on my hair. I can't thank her enough. This establishment makes you feel very welcome.

The online appointment process is a bit glitchy. Kept getting error message. Took quite a few tries to get it to cooperate.

Everything about my salon experience was great other than the girl who washed the color from my hair and removed the foils. I believe she was new but she was pretty rough with removing the foils and washing my hair, I told her verbally a few times she was being too rough. I think maybe she was nervous or inexperienced but that aspect of my salon visit was unpleasant.
