The new place looks elegant at the first sight but the ceilings are too high and the whole room too connected so it becomes very echoey and loud with all the washing and hair-drying. I would bring down the ceiling with better lights and separate the sections more - not only for noise but also privacy while talking.

During my visit I didn’t realize I booked incorrectly and what I had wanted done with my hair simply couldn’t be done with the amount of time given, which I completely understood, I didn’t mind what could be done I just needed something, my hair was all over the place. I wasn’t in any way complaining or being rude, I barley spoke, but when it came down to the actual process of coloring my hair you could just tell my stylist was annoyed, she was very rude, made me feel very uncomfortable at times with her comments, I felt as if she was trying to rush at one point when my hair was flung into my eye and hair dye got in my eye. It could of simply been an innocent accident but still overall I felt as if she just wanted me out of the chair and didn’t want to deal with it. I’ve never had issues before, I’m an easy going client I really don’t care how you choose to do my hair I usually allow them to do as they please, but this experience didn’t feel welcoming.
