My hair looked almost the same when I walked out as when I walked in. Very disappointed in how much money I wasted. If the stylist didn’t understand what I wanted, she should have asked more questions.

I must have requested the wrong service online, however! Heather totally rolled with it and I had a great experience. She did exactly what I came in for, and it was a pleasant collaborative experience. I'm not all that great about communicating about my hair, but it was fine. I walked out feeling like a supermodel. I gave up on SR a few years back because I was starting to feel a little pressure to get the over 50 female cut. If I can continue to keep Heather as a stylist, I'll be back. Thanks for taking the stress out of today.

This was my first visit to Salon Rouge and I was very impressed! Everyone was so nice, welcoming and professional. My hair turned out great. I'm excited for my next visit at the new location!
