I paid for the first haircut kit. I was not given any of the things that are included, that are advertised on the website AND the tv when you walk in, they gave me a bag with hair they picked up off the ground after I pointed out that I booked the first haircut package. The actual store was filthy, I don’t think any seats, play equipment, or the seats where the kids sit have ever been wiped down. They’re covered in a thick layer of dirt. I understand it must be very difficult to cut a little kid’s hair who is moving around and crying, I’m not ignoring that, but our stylist literally cut like three pieces of hair and then ran clippers over half his head. Everything is uneven. When I asked her to fix something that was very clearly way longer than any of his other hair, she was like “oh yeah I didn’t know if you wanted me to do that”. I booked a haircut? Why wouldn’t I want it cut? Overall it was just not a good experience and I don’t think we’ll be returning.
