The person who cut my daughter's hair was great! She did an awesome job. The front desk staff and other stylists were not very friendly when we walked in. Dirty looks, no greeting. The play area and toys were very, visibly dirty. There was hair on the floor around the play structure. The play structure had visible grime where little hands frequently touch. We had the first appointment of the morning, so it seems like it wasn't swept at closing the night before.
