Similar to the other review I just left for my other child, this child received less than 15 minutes for a $22 haircut. I provided a picture with a couple of comments, and still had to make adjustments at home. The fading is unsymmetrical, the neck line was not cut or cleaned up, and the fading itself is not blended well. We were the only customers present when we arrived, and one other customer came in the time we were there. They stylists were pleasant and very nice to the kids. The quality of the cuts just was not up to the expectations we have set over the last few years of receiving cuts at this location.

We’ve been to cookie cutters a few times now and they usually do a great job- but this time I am so so sad about how my son’s hair turned out. I know he is a toddler and he was pretty sad during it- but the girl who cut it did it in 3 minutes and seemed like she was just rushing and not being careful at all. It is the worst haircuts I’ve ever seen on anyone. There is a huge section right in the middle of his head that is cut so much shorter than anything around it, and the hair on his forehead is diagonal and choppy. I can’t believe I paid $25 for what we got :( I know my son was being tricky, but even when he’s been sad in other appointments the girls who helped us were super careful and did their best. The whole experience felt rushed and the girl cutting his hair seemed annoyed. I’m not sure we will be coming back anytime soon.

We have come to cookie cutters in Spanish fork for a few years now. Most cuts have been great aside from a couple. Today’s experience will be our last at this location. We arrived to our 4:15 appointment a couple minutes early and were sat down right away as there were no other customers. My toddler was in the seat less than 10 minutes when I was informed his cut was finished. A quick inspection I could tell his neckline was uneven, his ears were not trimmed well, and the overall cut was kind of awkward. I don’t want to make anyone feel bad, so I paid and left a small tip and fixed what I could when I got home. I realize the appointments are about 15, minutes, but for $22 per cut that is pretty steep. We will find someone else to go that will spend more time for a similar price from now on.

I have taken my children to the Spanish Fork location for many years and this was the first time Ive ever questioned whether I want to bring my kid back. There were four ladies there and I could tell they were all new and not very experienced. I made it very clear that my wedding was on Saturday and thats why we were here getting his hair cut. The lady that did it was very nice but I could tell she was struggling with what to do and how to cut his hair. I wasn't liking how it was looking which was hard for me cause Im not one to complain and didn't want to hurt the employees feelings but it was horrible. It wasn't even and wasn't even close to being blended in. She asked me what I thought and I stated Im not sure if it the hair cut or my sons head looks funny? Honestly Id didn't know what to say? Im so grateful the employee reached out to the manager to come look at it and then the manager took over and was giving her advice. I wanted so badly to ask if the manager could just finish my sons hair cause I didn't trust the girl that started it. Between the two of them going back and forth we got done with my sons hair 43 minutes later. I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon until they can get some employees with experience. With the price we pay I would expect to feel confident that I can trust your employees to cut my children's hair.

We asked for a enough hair we could put his hair in a faux hawk style like usual. He had about 3 inches of hair on top. But the stylist buzzed the entire thing. We didn’t even get the chance to stop her on the top, because she buzzed right through the center of his head so there was no stopping her at that point. We didn’t want to make a scene but never in all of the times we have come her her this happened. We tell them the same thing every time and we always get what we ask for, but today was not the case. I don’t know if there was a miscommunication or something. But we were in and out in 5 mins with a cut we didn’t ask for. We’re just a little frustrated about that.
