Dana is the best stylist there! She’s quick, and always cuts my toddlers hair so nicely! But I DO NOT recommend Bailey. She’s sweet, but she obviously does not know how to cut boys hair. My toddler had long hair when he came in, I asked her to make the sides short and just trim the top a little since it was almost to his eyes. I let her know to PLEASE not cut it to short since his hair sticks up if it’s cut too short. Of course, she cuts the top extremely short and uneven, to the point where it stand up only on one side because she left random long strands of hair on the other side. My husband was so mad he said to never take him back to cookie cutters. Just make sure you look at the reviews of each hair stylist before booking! Other than that, the place is cute, and the app is easy to use.

Dana is great with. Y special needs son. She makes my son feel comfortable and is fast with her haircuts, which is nice.

POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IN THE END! We showed up for our 12:00 appointment at 11:55 and they told us we were late and that they weren’t going to be able to get us in. They said our appointment was for 11:45, I then showed them the email we received from cookie cutters that did indeed say our appointment was at 12:00pm. So I don’t know what happened, it kind of seems like they may have just double booked us or something. We were a frustrated because the staff took a “well this is what we have on our end” approach. I totally understand scheduling issues happen. There maybe some kind of hiccup with the software or scheduling process in general. Overall we ended up having a great experience. The hair cut turned out great and the stylist was super friendly and good with our son during the appointment. The two girls that were there ended up giving us a $10 discount at checkout for the inconvenience. The two stylists did a great job at turning a negative experience for our first time at cookie cutters into a positive one. We didn’t ask for the discount or anything like that, but I am grateful they went out of there way because now we will definitely be going back.

Michelle is amazing and takes such good care of my kids. Especially my special needs son. We just love her!

Her stylist was super nice, but it was very rushed and she hardly took time with her hair. It is very choppy, and uneven in the back. We come here all the time and are always happy with the outcome, but this time was super disappointing.
