Today I didn't have a good experience, I usually go with Michelle but she wasn't there so I was ok with anyone else because I have been a customer for almost 2 years, but today I think the girl was new because she didn't know what she was doing, my son has like 2 white spots in his head, my son is autistic and since she decided to take the cape off the hair was bothering him a lot and of course he didn't want to finish his haircut, he ended up with all of his shirt covered with hair, it was a horrible experience and I think I paid for nothing

Hair stylist didn’t seem to know what she was doing. We asked fora simple faux hawk and it took an hour to complete. My 5 year old sat quietly and watched TV the whole time so there was really no reason for it to take so long. The stylist kept asking me what I thought she should do and even brought in another stylist to look over her work. Her lack of confidence did little to make me confident in her abilities too. She also talked so quietly that I couldn’t tell what she was saying most of the time. I didn’t even get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag and I couldn’t hear her say it if she did. Unfortunate experience, but we may give it another try if we get a different stylist.

This is the second time using this location for my daughter. The first time the cut wasn't even but we luckily left it longer and were able to fix it when we realized. Thinking it was a fluke we went again this second time and this time my daughter wanted it shorter. Again realizing after we left (which wasn't noticeable before leaving by how she was sitting) the back of the head was cut wasn't straight at all and around the bangs the lengths were all different. If you can't pay for people that know how to cut straight and properly cut styles maybe the business should be shut down. Her hair is too short to fix this round. Luckily it is the back of the head and she won't see it. We were treated nicely but it seems like the haircut was rushed and unprofessional

The 1st couple times I came here it was good but I feel now they rush though the haircuts. My son was cut on the back of his neck and under the chin. He was not moving alot. I also feel like the top is uneven. I gave a good tip but after seeing him all cut up I regretted it. I will go back to another salon.

We go here because my son loves the toy car he gets to sit in and watch a movie. But if it weren’t for that, we wouldn’t come back. The cuts are done very quickly and I always feel very rushed out even though there are never customers waiting and the place is empty. They don’t blow off all the extra hair like they should and it ends up all over my car, and I feel like the cuts are overpriced for a toddler boy haircut.

The person that gave my son a haircut in my opinion did not do a good job. I usually leave here feeling so good about the cut but not today. The person was very timid and would not go shorter even though I asked her to do so about 3 times. Finally I just agreed that it looked fine because we had been there for 45 minutes. Not my best experience today.
