Always a nice environment for a scared kid getting a haircut. My 2 year old still isn’t super comfortable with haircuts, so the toys, playground, seats, treats, cartoons, and general calming demeanor of the employees all help to get him more and more comfortable each time we go. They also roll with the punches really well; I always feel bad that I don’t know jack about hair when they ask what we want, but they’re way cool about it and it always turns out just fine. They’re usually pretty fast, which doesn’t hurt! This isn’t location-specific, but the app is simple and easy to use. Never had any problems.

All the times we have been here I have been pleased with the outcome. The stylists are skilled and knowledgeable and quick which is nice for a busy family.

Rylie was fantastic! My baby son screamed the entire time and was very scared. However, Rylie handled the entire experience so well and tried her hardest to get done as fast as she could while still doing her best job. She even tried distracting my son with toys, shows, combs, spray bottles and bubbles. She was awesome. And as I looked around the salon waiting to pay. I saw plenty of other happy customers from the other stylists. I'm very glad we came here. Will be returning later for another cut when needed.

I took my 3 year old in for an overdue haircut knowing he would probably freak out throughout the experience which would make it challenging for everyone. Julia did an amazing job working around his panic with great results. She was so patient and calm with him throughout.
