We loved our experience! We got there and quickly got into the chair letting my child pick which car he wanted to be in. They were super quick and so good with him letting him look in the mirror, spray the toy dinosaur, watch bluey. It was awesome and so easy. Everyone says he looks so handsome. Thanks!

A comforting and easygoing salon, at least for my one year old who is frightened of haircuts. Cartoons, fun seats, a little play place; it’s a nice setup. Although haircuts are scary for my son, I could tell this wasn’t their first rodeo with a scared little guy - and it’s hard for a kid to walk out the door upset when he’s holding a balloon!

Shannon was great, super kind person very friendly! She chatted with me and was very kind I was sitting by the candy in a chair while he got his hair cut, a boy who had just got done with his haircut and was walked over to get some candy. Boy didn't seem to be acting rude just excited to have a piece of candy, the stylist at the counter was very rude to him/aggressive. She very dramatically told the boy "the candy is right there, just chill out, calm down". It was so uncalled for. The boys mom didn't see her do it, but if I was her mom I would have been upset. She was so immature and aggressive, I found it odd and it honestly surprised me. After the incident, she seemed overall normal and stopped being crazy. She was a tall girl with short dark reddish hair, very thin. She needs to be accountable for that. The kid is like 8 years old. Its was like the girl had a mood swing out of no where and took it out on the kid. So odd jonestly like I said I've never seen that before.

We love Cookie Cutters. My 4 year old decided he didn't like haircuts about a year and a half ago so it's been a fight to get him to go. Here, he gets to sit in the fire truck and watch a show while he gets his hair cut. He got right in the chair this time, his second time, so I'm calling that a win!

We had a good experience. My son threw a tantrum, and they were still great with him. Haircut turned out great, too.

Was very impressed by the quality of haircut with a wiggly toddler and how well they were able to keep him entertained while doing things he didn't want them to do (he doesn't like his hair brushed and doesn't like it when you mess around/touch his ears)
