Appointment was at 4:45, didnt get done till 5:25. Way too long. Wasnt impressdd with the wait time. Also cut hair alot shorter than I wanted.

We have always had a top notch experience at cookie cutters, but the last few times we've been, the service, friendliness and professionalism has been sub par. $17 is a lot of money for a kid's hair cut (especially when I bring both of my sons in about once/month). It adds up. Starting to feel like I could probably get a pretty similar experience somewhere else for cheaper. Or a much better experience somewhere else for the same price.

I used to go there all the time cause I had the $4.00 coupon to make it somewhat affordable. Now they dont accept them other than in Orem and I cant afford paying $20.00 for a kids haircut not including the tip. Id rather you keep the balloon and sucker and lower your prices. I know that wont happen so Ill sadly have to go somewhere else I can afford.

The girl who did my son's hair did a terrible faiding, that is the most basic thing a hair dresser should know and she did a terrile job. I paid and left determined to never go back to that location.
