I had an appointment and showed up about 5 minutes before my time. I was waiting for 15 when someone else walked in behind me (and another person) and got right in with no waiting. For a simple boys haircut I was there over an hour. I was really annoyed it took so long.

I feel very satisfied with the haircuts my son has received. The only complaint and worry I have is seeing the price go up over the last few months. I am worried it will continue to be raised over the months and we would sadly have to go somewhere else. We love the environment and are happy with each person who has cut his hair.

The only issue was I waited for 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and the haircut took 15 mins. I don’t understand how it could be so long of a wait when people have to have reservations and the cuts are so quick!

The store was a mess when we walked in - some kid had dumped all the baby toys across the floor right where you needed to walk and I almost tripped and slipped on one holding my baby (obviously the parents should have cleaned this up) but there were also lollipop wrappers all over the floor with a few sticks and even and partially eaten lollipop that my todddler tried to pick up an eat which is one gross but two unsafe.

I really like the cookie cutter. The employee J was fun and did a good job with my wiggley son. But I'm kind of upset that I paid 17.98 for a baby first hair cut package and it said it came with a baby first hair cut certificate and photo but I only got a piece of his hair and when I bought it up she said here his hair and that was it. I drove 20 minutes to get there because our store was closed and I would of gone somewhere cheeper.

Very sweet to do a fun Halloween style on my daughter. I feel the price for a simple toddler haircut is a little high.
