The girl that did … not much to my daughter‘s hair was so dull, lifeless, seemed miserable and put out and somber. If I felt uncomfortable, I can imagine how our children feel, the whole place felt really ran down and negative. Even the balloons were sad and out of helium almost.

The hairstylist doesn’t have any idea what She was doing, I have to ask to another girl to fix it. You need to be careful whom you’re hiring, next to us it was a total mess with another kid, there were 3 girls trying to fix the ugly haircut He got from her. The service was terrible so I’m not going back to this place, this is the third chance I gave them.

We have loved going to cookie cutters in Spanish fork for years. But both our preferred stylists no longer work there. So we tried a new stylist this week and she was very unfriendly. I failed to get her name. As soon as she started on my 2 year old he started screaming. 1st time he’s ever done this. She seemed very annoyed and wasn’t patient with him. Did nothing to calm him down or try anything to gain his trust. It was not a great experience. When we got home I discovered She had nicked his ear and this is prob why he got so upset. I will Be looking for a new place to take our business.

Paid for a babys first hair cut package and received a lock of hair but no photo. Experience felt like she was treated as if this was her 50th hair cut and not her first. Won't be back again. If anyone asks, will tell them to avoid due to my experience.

Honestly couldn't be anymore disappointed in my experience today. My 6 year old was so excited and it was not at all a fun experience. We were 5 minutes late due to traffic in Spanish Fork (5:00 rush hour) I apologized when I walked in and the worker told me that we were unable to do the shampoo service. Thats what my daughter was most excited for. While I understand being late is an issue but I do feel like you should give customers a little grace, especially since there was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS and there was another worker just setting there. My daughter slept in braids the night before, so her hair was waivy and she has very thick hair, but the stylist didnt care about any of that and gave her a dry cut thats super uneven. This was not the friendly kid environment that I thought it would be. I will not be returning.

Never going to the Spanish fork cookie cutters again. First time there and she was not patient at all with my son. She made a comment about him looking homeless. It’s not even a hair cut. She still charged me. It’s way worse I wish I can upload more pictures
