I like overall, the haircut - the service I’ve asked and hoped for on balayage and color that I brought a picture attached - definetely doesn’t match with what I was looking and asked - again- for, I am blond and I asked to have my balayage darker, with caramel lights as the pi from bottom of the roots, as she told me it would look fresher, but it’s not blended as balayage should be…. And my hair is with highlights, Al’s the direction of the color told that I’d need 2 appts was charged but I had been served with highlights, roots and toning as usual for highlights.
