Randi is incredible! She gave me a beautiful color and I'm thrilled! I was a little taken back by the pricing when $30 was added for a toner, when I did not know that was not included in the entire $200 color purchase. I think being up front is much better than a surprise number at the register. I also would recommend a hair trimming price. $85 to have just my ends snipped off felt a little unreasonable. I'm not sure I would do another trim there. Other than that, I am very happy with my experience. Very kind staff... thank you!

Quality of services is outstanding, which is why I keep coming back - but the price for services is way higher than anywhere I’ve ever been before. $500 for a styled trim + root touch-up & highlights, but I also find it odd I get the same thing every time and have paid anywhere from $300 - $500. Not sure why one time I pay closer to $300 and another around $500… Luckily I can afford it, but this salon is definitely not for anyone below upper class range and the inconsistency in pricing is confusing.

My original appointment was with Mansour but I believe it's a technical issue showing him available at 11:45AM, though -- per the front desk -- he wasn't available till 2PM. Liyu did a great job of understanding my needs and I walked out extremely satisfied with my haircut.

Had a really great service and service provider, however I was quoted 85$ not 95$ for the service on the phone and via email - no problem but would have been nice to know.

The hair cut i received was very good. However, I have short hair that requires me to get it cut every 6 to 7 weeks. It is very hard for me to justify the price that often.
