I love Sherry and my color but the trainee that attempted to blowdry my hair was horrible. She dropped the blowdryer on my face and now my nose is bruised, I have a bump and I cannot where my glasses. She acted like she never has dried someone's hair before. Luckily, Sherry took over and finished my hair. I didn't mention anything, the girl was nice and even though my nose hurt I knew it wasn't intentionally. However, it ruined my experience and I pondered returning for another visit. After spending over $400 on service and products that day, I expect more professionalism from everyone on staff. I understand people need to gain experience and training but maybe they should not practice on the customer if they do not know how to hold a hair dryer and brush hair. I will only return to see Sherry. I am not looking forward to someone else washing or drying my hair though.

Very pricey for a men’s haircut but it was great quality.

This was my first time with this stylist. She cut more than I asked which might have been okay if the haircut was good, but the extra texturing "to add movement" left my layers uneven and she thinned my hair more than I wanted. Didn't feel like she had mastered this technique or really listened to what I wanted.

Shampoo was mediocre. It would have been nice to get the FULL head of hair scrubbed, including the back of the neck area. Also, the scrubbing could have been a bit harder to ensure complete cleanliness.

My haircut was amazing as always, however I spent 200$ for a bayalage and due to it not “lifting” she ended up putting a darker color Over top and it now looks the exact same as I came. Everyone who I showed it to after said they couldn’t even tell. Even if there was a diff dimension I wouldn’t of minded. I should of been offered some type Of discount as it turned out to be nothing I wanted. So 325$ later I left w a haircut basically and same Color hair I showed up with.

My stylist was nice but I showed her a picture of the way I wanted my hair cut; it was a picture of my hair from the front, sides and back with a cut done by a prior stylist. The stylist took the liberty of cutting my hair and styled it her own way and I did not like the end result. I also didn’t like that she used clippers for most of the cut. I originally thought it was just to straighten things out but it turned out a majority of the cut was with clippers. If I wanted that type of cut, I could have gone to Supercuts and get the same result... a haircut I wouldn’t like.
