My son's haircut looked pretty good while it was wet, but as soon as it dried the uneven cut was extremely obvious. I regret even getting it cut.

Nicole did an amazing job for our 10 month olds first haircut! Although he wasn’t a fan of the experience, she was very professional and patient! Will definitely be returning in the future.

Not sure why we didn’t have a race car or plane this time. Our son did not have a good experience and our expectations were not met. Last time we came it was much better.

I always feel the technicians are good including the one we had today. However, it is not easy to have a seat since the covid and since I have had knee surgery on both knees it was a bit uncomfortable to stand the entire time. I would like to accompany my son to these haircuts but if seating remains a problem, I will have to send my daughter or go to another location. I need a chair with arms to help me up and that one had stuff in it today.

We love Cookie Cutters! Ezra is not quite 3 and has had 3 haircuts there. He loves going! It is a great first haircut experience.
