Horrible experience. I have an autistic child that is overstimulated very easily and have a difficult time keeping still. Instead of trying to work with him, the person cutting his hair -mentioned he needed to stay still, so they don’t cut their fingers off. How unprofessional is that ? Towards the end of the appointment, they attempted to work with my child , but their attitude was terrible when the appointment started. Not to mention they nicked the back of my child’s head and did not even tell me. I had to find out on my own! This was a terrible experience and I believe this company/salon does not accommodate my child’s needs. Which I wish I was advised that, prior to receiving services.
