I didn’t think it was a good haircut. I said exactly what I wanted and never had an issue, but this time it was not a good experience. There were long hairs that weren’t cut in the back that I saw and told her to cut and where I asked for a part on my son’s hairline was a bold spot from not doing it correctly. I didn’t realize it until I was home that it was messed up. I also saw more long hairs that I had to cut when I got home myself. I am not pleased with this experience at all.

Why reserve a time if you still have to wait an hour.

We had Lisa at the Perry Hall location. I think she had a few tough kids before us and was pretty wore out. I would have rather her taken a five minute break before she cut my son's hair. She complained a lot about his head not being perfectly still. I had to pretend to hold his head still so she would continue to cut his hair and stop complaining. When we checked out she said he was her toughest kid in 4 weeks..... Which is ridiculous. He didn't make a sound and just wiggled a bit. That comment was not fair and she should never say that to a customer.

I was a little nervous because we weren't able to see our usual hairdresser this month. We ended up with Lisa, and she did an amazing job on his haircut as well as making him feel at ease. She was very patient with him and respectful/polite to both of us.
