I will not come back to this business. I hated the way the stylist spoke to my son. He was nervous about the noise that the clippers made. Rather than taking 30 seconds to talk through it, she told him, "You're too old to be acting this way." As if that wasn't bad enough, the haircut she performed was terrible. It was much shorter than what I requested. I have been to this salon before with no issue, but I will NEVER come back after the way she spoke to my son. I will actively tell other parents not to come (after I had recommended Cookie Cutters previously).

This was my baby's first haircut, and I can simply say that it has been the best experience I ever had, the staff is very friendly, very patient and very professional when they are working.

Keke was amazing with our boys, especially our youngest (1 yo) who has a craniofacial syndrome and hearing loss. She even signed to him. We will be back to see her for sure!

Janiece is the best! She always does a great job cutting my son’s hair.

Always great. My 3 year old got to play as we waited ( we got there a little early.) Staff are interactive and patient. My son tried the clippers for the first time!!

Lori has been great with my kids. She is often the only one working the salon and trying to balance answering the phone, greeting walk ins and doing her appointments. She is always professional.
