Nicole is great and sooooo patient with Chase. He is VERY uncooperative and squirmy and she manages to remain calm and nice during the whole experience.

I felt the front staff was very friendly. However the person who cut my daughter bangs did not want to turn the TV on because it was a quick visit. This then lead to my daughter not being able to sit still and hang on to me during the appointment because she was not getting what she wanted. In the end her nags got trimmed too short. I would recommend just keeping the tv on whether is a quick visit or whether she could see it or not. Just make the child comfortable and the parent comfortable. It's a lot of effort to get them there and this is why we wait a very long time to take them for hair cuts.
