Overall, we have a great experience at Cookie Cutters and we have been going there for a few years. Our usual stylist was not available on the day I made the most recent appointments, so I chose to go with whoever was available. I scheduled back-to-back appointments for my children (2:45 and 3 pm). I think there should be more time provided between appointments so it doesn’t cause a scheduling backup. My 2-year old wasn’t seen for his 3 pm appointment until 3:15 pm, which likely caused another client’s time to be pushed back, and so on. If customers are only given a 5-minute grace period for appointments, then the same expectations should be held of the staff. We were at the salon for nearly an hour, which was not what we anticipated.

the experience is excellent for my son , my only feedback would be to perhaps honor the time of the appointment , for someone like me I work most of the weekdays so weekends are planned and my appointment was for 1215 and I don't mind waiting for 10 mins outside but I wasn't taken in until 1235 and my son is 3 years old , just recently potty trained so imagine trying to ask him to keep waiting without bathroom access and increases the chance of any accidents. either way I would have not mind rescheduling for the future so I don't run into issues w my timings .

I’ve been here twice, and had 2 different stylists. My first visit was my sons first hair cut and he was a handful. But, the stylist did an outstanding job still, even with him trying to basically climb out of the chair. His hair came out so cute. In between visits, I had taken him elsewhere for a haircut & was not impressed with the other salon. So when it came time for his 3 haircut, although this place is an hour drive for me. I decided it was worth the drive. Again, I’m glad I decided on coming here. The stylist was phenomenal. She took her time and made sure his hair was blended exactly how I wanted it. And both the receptionist and stylist were extremely pleasant and polite.
