Your stylist was very professional with her cutting skills but I feel she could have been more involved in talking with my child. He was patient for awhile but I feel if she had been more talkative with him it would have been a better experience. The fade hair cut she was trying to give him was too detail for a 2 year old. I have had it done before and I feel she could have been faster by not trying to be so detailed in some areas. Nice individual but not very interactive with my child. Last stylist talked more to him and knew to speed up when he became fidgety.

I always feel the technicians are good including the one we had today. However, it is not easy to have a seat since the covid and since I have had knee surgery on both knees it was a bit uncomfortable to stand the entire time. I would like to accompany my son to these haircuts but if seating remains a problem, I will have to send my daughter or go to another location. I need a chair with arms to help me up and that one had stuff in it today.

Always great haircuts, very kind stylists, we love the play set in the waiting area. They are very strict about arrival time, but this past visit we were surprised at how long we were left waiting… We arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment and I had selected “first available stylist” so we wouldn’t have to wait with a rowdy 17mo old. We were told the stylist we’d need assigned to had several haircuts ahead of us, but there were two other stylists with no clients just wandering around. One of them even mentioned her 9:30 was running late, but still we were left waiting until 9:45 until we got into a chair. By this point the toddler has worn himself out on the play set waiting for 30mins, and still had to sit strapped into the chair for several minutes before the system-assigned stylist was able to come over. Previous haircuts had gone quickly and smoothly, but this time he was cranky and wouldn’t sit still and cried throughout it. While we love the environment and the service, we do wish they would rethink the appointment system- especially if a parent selects “first available stylist” but is left waiting while available stylists have empty chairs. We plan to return again but if this situation becomes a pattern, we may look elsewhere for our family’s haircuts.

The salon is clean and well run. The haircut was a bit expensive and it would be nice if the specials were more publicized. The stylist was polite and friendly.
