Apparently the air conditioner for the building automatically turns off at 130pm. Our appointment was at 130 but the client before ran over so we didn't go back til 145 and we left drenched in sweat. Our stylist was great as always. Everything else was fine. Just way too hot!

My son is a HARD haircut to do. Last night he was having a complete meltdown upon walking in the door, even before he got close to the chair. Megan E. Was great and did everything necessary to finish Ethan’s hair, including cutting it while he was standing up for the majority of the time. She’s the only One I bring Ethan to. No matter how difficult he is, his cut is always spot on. Hopefully his hair cut phobia is just A phase, but I know if not, Megan can get the job done and we Will walk out of there happy, even if Ethan always isn’t haha.

Everyone was very friendly but we won’t be back until you get rid of the mask policy. It’s not healthy and is doing more harm than good.

The prices are too high for kids haircuts.

I had scheduled an appointment but still had to wait for a walk-in to finish. It took 15 minutes. They shouldn’t have done the walk-in cut before a scheduled appointment if they didn’t have time to finish. I was a bit annoyed. Good haircut though. Staff was friendly and inviting.

Megan E has been doing a very good job with my sons hair for the past few cuts. I would like to work a little more on the front though because it naturally falls forward and it looks awkward when it’s cut blunt across his forehead. So more work on details but other than that a very positive experience.
