Denise did not follow my instructions at all and gave my son a terrible cut. I spent over $35 after tip. I asked her to fade the sides and leave the top longer. She took clippers to his whole head and basically gave him a crew cut with some slight fringe on top. I also asked her to side part his hair and leave the right side a little longer than the left. She cut it call one length and it looks like he has bangs now. I will not be returning after this terrible cut. $35 is way over priced. No reason a kids cut should be more than $25!!!

Sabrina was visibly irritated with her job this morning. She didn’t show any care towards my oldest when I mentioned he has a very sensitive scalp. She continued to shave his head very hard and fast to the point where he said ouch many times. She also butchered both of my children’s hair to where if I had said something she would’ve used more force to fix it and I wasn’t going to have someone who was already mad continue to cut my children’s hair. And yes both of my kids had their hair cuts by her and she was the same with my youngest. She wasn’t the normal pleasant hair person we get at cookie cutters so we were very disappointed with the service.

Professionalism could be improved, we will not be returning. The salon is a customer service operation, yet I felt like we were a burden.

The haircut experience was fine, I actually wasn't there for that but my husband had no complaints. I walked into the salon and my child yelled "MOMMY" with excitement to see me. His stylist said "Is that your baby? You're so tiny and he's so big. " I really don't think she meant any malice but her comment was NOT okay. She needs to be cognizant about what she's saying to people. I really think she meant it as a comment to me but it was definitely a jab towards my four year old.
