Brought James in at the same time as our other son Henry. Henry had to wait for the same stylist as James even though we booked both for the same time. I told the stylist that I just wanted a trim and that I like to keep James’ hair long. First cut was way too short and I didn’t say anything because I knew the stylist had to continue at that length or it would be uneven. Disappointed that his hair is so short and he does not look like the same kid. Very disappointed. $20 is a lot for a kid cut that we didn’t like. Also, notices that the stylist picked up shears with another kids’ hair on it and brushed it off with her hands and used them on our child. The shears should have been sanitized. I regret that I didn’t say anything when it happened.

I will not come back to this business. I hated the way the stylist spoke to my son. He was nervous about the noise that the clippers made. Rather than taking 30 seconds to talk through it, she told him, "You're too old to be acting this way." As if that wasn't bad enough, the haircut she performed was terrible. It was much shorter than what I requested. I have been to this salon before with no issue, but I will NEVER come back after the way she spoke to my son. I will actively tell other parents not to come (after I had recommended Cookie Cutters previously).

We have been using the Perry Hall Cookie Cutter location for three years now. We always had great friendly experience. I have always written great reviews. Even with Covid the safety measurements were upto par. However employees make or break the business. Our today’s visit Sept 16,2020 was so below average I can’t wrap my head around it. From beginning to end we felt like we were not welcome. The hair dresser didn’t make any effort to talk to any of us. Not even to her 5 yr old client. She kept pushing her head on sides or down wherever she needed it for the hair cut but didn’t speak to the child. When I started using my words to give my 5 yr old directions the hair dresser said few words in a tone you don’t want to use with your customers. The hair cut is horrible. When I told her that they are little bit longer then what I originally asked for she started arguing with me. I will not be going back again. It is a shame to loose a customer with employees like her, in a time like this when many businesses are closing.

We did not book this appt...i got an email saying it was booked. I cancelled it on the app. Now i am receiving this survey when we never even attended this appointment.

We tan late and the hair dresser made sure both my 3 year old and husband knew it was a huge inconvenience. She was rough with my son and burned him with the clippers. She cut off his side burns instead of shaping them as we asked. She refused to shape the front because she was too booked to give the extra two minutes. Worst experience ever. We will not be returning

Horrible experience. I have an autistic child that is overstimulated very easily and have a difficult time keeping still. Instead of trying to work with him, the person cutting his hair -mentioned he needed to stay still, so they don’t cut their fingers off. How unprofessional is that ? Towards the end of the appointment, they attempted to work with my child , but their attitude was terrible when the appointment started. Not to mention they nicked the back of my child’s head and did not even tell me. I had to find out on my own! This was a terrible experience and I believe this company/salon does not accommodate my child’s needs. Which I wish I was advised that, prior to receiving services.
