I’m a pretty loyal customer to this place but today was the worst it has been. The environment was more chaotic and unorganized than usual ( no ability to check in on time bc no one was at the desk, only options were cash or Venmo). I know it’s normal to run a little late but no announcement was shade to indicate how far behind they were ( 5-10 min is fine but 20-30 is a little extreme). I showed the stylist( her name was Liz) a picture of what I wanted for my son( 2 inches on the side and hair long enough on top to be able to brush to the side). I told her that she can leave it long so that I can see it and then trim it shorter if needed. As I watched her start to trim the top I noticed she was doing it very short. I stopped her and said that is shorter than I was wanting and her response was “ oh..whoops”. There was no other choice but to keep it that short and continue on. I even said at the end of the haircut that the overall cut is not what I wanted and that it’s shorter than I wanted as well. I was very close to not paying for that service and talking to a manager until I was informed that there was no manager on-site to speak to. I was not able to come back another time during the day to talk about this issue and possibly get it resolved bc we were traveling. I’m very disappointed in the service and contemplating not coming back.

I told the women cutting my daughter's hair exactly what I wanted and she did the complete opposite. She chopped a layer that looked absolutely terrible. When I told her I did not like the layers and asked her to blend it, they did not follow on my request stating they would have to go shorter with the layer which is not okay. I felt like I wasn't heard. I felt like after I told her how unhappy I was they didn't try to even fix the problem but instead dismiss me. The girl didn't really even take responsibility for messing up my daughter's hair, not sure if she actually thought it looked good. I left the salon crying at how horrible my daughter's hair looked and had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Never going back to this company agaib because that was the worst experience I've ever had with hair.

They were running behind which I get. Things happen. My son is relatively “easy” and will sit still an listen well. His haircut was extremely rushed. So many missed spots. We usually like our experience here. If this had been my first time I definitely wouldn’t go back. I did notice one girl getting her hair cut and the stylist had to brush out knots and was doing it for a minimum of 20 minutes. I think the stylists need to be instructed on what to do for that situation to not make clients get behind and have to rush. Simply tell the parents that you can’t do their hair in that condition.

My son's hair cut is awful. The gal cutting it recognized how bad it was and offered a discount without us even asking. She really needs more experience or needs to have her cuts evaluated by a more experienced person... we've come here for years but will think twice before coming to this location again.

we had an apt and yet when we got there there were a bunch of kids ahead of us. my son cries and hates his haircut so to not be able to be taken back for our set time was torture for him bc he just kept crying waiting in suspense.
