My son's hair is a mess. Upon ringing is up, I had to stop the stylist and ask her to finish my son's hair as one side was completely left untouched. She graciously went back and fixed. But then getting home she buzzed a huge amount of hair around his ear. It's terrible looking and unfixable. My son was actually really still during the cut so finding this when we got home is very upsetting. The stylist herself was kind and personable, but the quality of cut for the experience doesn't match. Emma was not skilled in her cut. The cut is completely off and my son's hair around his ear is so high it'll take awhile to grow back out. Very disappointed with our experience.

My sons haircut looks terrible. There is a large chunk in the back that is about a full inch shorter than the other hair

We usually love the quality of haircut my son gets, however the stylist that provided service this time did not do a good job at all. Our regular stylist is Liz and we absolutely love her and the amazing job she does but she wasn’t working this time. I will never again trust another stylist. The lines were uneven and choppy and his hair looks splotchy now.

I was helping my son’s hairdresser and walked back over to my daughter. She was getting her hair cut. The lady had already asked for length and style and had gotten my daughter’s hair wet. As she was cutting, I noticed my daughter had a welt and black smudge across her left cheek. I asked her what happened. My daughter said “I don’t know”. The hair dresser didnt say a thing. The only thing I can think is the black comb had something or my daughter rubbed her cheek from touching the car. The welt I’m not sure where that came from. As she finished the haircut the red mark/welt slowly went away, so I know it had happened recently from getting into the car. Unsolved mystery! It was just frustrating that the hairdresser didn’t say anything.

After the girl cut my baby’s Hair, she left him full of Hair- she didnt even bother cleaning it. I had to ask her to take the hair out of his face. I would suggest to get a better cover for babies because babies move a lot.

I asked for a "basic cut with a quiff hair style" and the "professional" said she was unaware of what I was talking about because "that must be new" (that was my first red flag). Then I said "oh ok.. let me show you a picture", giving her the benefit of the doubt and trusting her with my sons hair. She looks at the picture and says "well I've never done that cut before" (immediately another red flag). As a mom whose son had pictures the same week, I was terrified. His dad even looked at me and asked if we should go somewhere else. Needless to say, my sons cut was very choppy. I only went to barber school for 10 weeks so I'm no "professional" myself, but I do know that each haircut style pertains a unique way of cutting. Unfortunately the paid professional in this case, did not, and that makes me wonder if Cookie Cutters actually takes their hiring seriously.
