We've been in to this location many times with all three children. The staff is great. They're friendly, fast and we're usually very pleased with the experience. This particular haircut, however, was a new stylist who I feel maybe was slightly inexperienced with very young children. My son is one. He sat very well for a kid his age. I feel the cut could have been better. This is why I marked down a little on value for the money. Overall, we love this salon.

These stylists are magicians with my 18 month old. I appreciate their patience and expert skills working with a very cranky client.

We did have to wait 20 minutes past our appointment time but Hailey did make up for it for giving quality service and Hunter an awesome cut!

Overall, we had a pretty good experience at Cookie Cutters. My son’s haircut is so cute, and our stylist was super friendly- even when my son started to get a little antsy and tried climbing out of the car. Our stylist was patient and was moving in any way she could to accommodate my wiggly toddler. I can see what some other reviewers are talking about when they said the salon wasn’t super clean. There is hair everywhere, but that is understandable when you have kids running around after getting haircuts.

I always feel like the professionals at Cookie Cutters make cutting kids hair look so easy and fast. I know it’s not because I’ve attempted it myself. I appreciate their professionalism and how well they treat my boy. I think their set-up with screens and fun chairs is great too.

Great! Hair cut very professional and stylist was very nice. She was great with my child, could use some more confidence in talking to my little one directly, but she was still fantastic and welcoming. Being a bit reserved will keep the shy kids like mine less likely to respond. But it was still a good experience.
