We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again.

I was not impressed, I felt as though she was trying to get us in and out as fast as she could. I scheduled a shampoo and cut and she didn’t shampoo or ask if we wanted it and then they tried to charge me for a shampoo and a cut. I don’t plan on ever going back. Wasn’t very friendly or pleasant.

We were disappointed as we were expecting a good service. The chairs were dirty (bunch of hair everywhere). The staff put the movie on but played literally the last 5 minutes of it. My child had to sit there and watch credits...but like seriously who puts the last 5 minutes of the movie? The hair cut wasn't a clean cut. She would ask questions about how we wanted it cut after she cut the hair already. Didn't really feel welcome/invited. Didn't feel child friendly and the staff didn't know how to do haircuts.

The hair cut was terrible. I asked for it to be chin length and it is almost above her ear. I wasn’t even consulted before she made the first cut like “is this a good length?” She did not say one word to me until the haircut was finished. I will not be back.

we had an apt and yet when we got there there were a bunch of kids ahead of us. my son cries and hates his haircut so to not be able to be taken back for our set time was torture for him bc he just kept crying waiting in suspense.

My son's hair cut is awful. The gal cutting it recognized how bad it was and offered a discount without us even asking. She really needs more experience or needs to have her cuts evaluated by a more experienced person... we've come here for years but will think twice before coming to this location again.

They were running behind which I get. Things happen. My son is relatively “easy” and will sit still an listen well. His haircut was extremely rushed. So many missed spots. We usually like our experience here. If this had been my first time I definitely wouldn’t go back. I did notice one girl getting her hair cut and the stylist had to brush out knots and was doing it for a minimum of 20 minutes. I think the stylists need to be instructed on what to do for that situation to not make clients get behind and have to rush. Simply tell the parents that you can’t do their hair in that condition.
