My son received his second haircut on Saturday November 8, 2025 @ 330pm. His dad took him to the appointment, where they showed up and still had to wait amid 15-20 mins to be seen, and I feel bad that I couldn’t be there because my baby was treated very poorly. Not only did his dad have to correct the behavior of the stylist for being too rough with him, but his hair turned out very uneven and patchy. And I hate to say this, but the woman who cut his hair clearly doesn’t care, nor have the best experience cutting hair of biracial children. Dad said he wanted about 1/4inch cut, not to completely chop it off. This made me so sad for my baby. Not only did she cake the product onto his hair, but she had to be corrected several times and seemingly ignored dad’s requests/concerns. I hate the fact that my baby was taken advantage of, we should have just stuck with the stylist who cut his hair the first time. Our first appointment was great, Candace did a phenomenal job. However, this experience disappointed me so much. Probably will not be going back.

A child's first haircut is super important to parents. The person who cut our child's hair was short with us and monotone about everything. No excitement towards our child. Once our child's hair dried, the bangs were super uneven. She was seated 20 minutes after the appointment time, which I would've been less upset about if the experience and haircut were better. Something ruined we can't get back.

My son does not fight haircut but he will move, he’s only 3 and autistic. The lady this did his hair held his chin the she left red marks on his cheeks.

We usually have great service and results from going to Cookie Cutters however this experience was so bad we are not going back. I started scheduling online saw two openings for the day, decided to call in and see if we could get in sooner, was told there were no openings. I got back online and booked. When we got in the salon only one stylist was working and no one else was in the whole place. The cut took maybe 10 minutes and my daughter's bangs are slanted across her forehead now. She looked better before we went.

I usually have great experiences here with my grandson but this time was different. The girl that cut his hair this time didn't seem to know what she was doing. When she was done I pointed out to her his bangs were very croojed and she said oh I think I must have missed a straggler. Did a little more then said ok its good. I was annoyed by this time I glanced and said good and it looked a little better but once we got home and brushed his hair noticed how crooked his bangs still are. For the distance and price not sure we are coming back.
