My boy has never liked haircuts. I usually have to hold him while he is kicking and screaming. He wanted to sit in the firetruck area where the kids get thier hair washed. Nikki said that was fine since we already knew he wasnt going to like hair cuts. What shocked us he DID so much better. She was patient with him the only time he lost it was with the clippers bit he did SO much better this time. I will let everyone know how GREAT nikki is and how GREAT your place is. Thank you! Every staff person I've met there has been great. Yesterday, I got haircuts for my 2 kids and elderly mom. Then I decided to get my haircut because of the kindness, helpfulness and speed. We all had a great experience yesterday. Thank you!

I spent more time waiting to get my children's haircut than it took to actually get my child's hair cut. I found that people who came in long after me were in and out before one of my children got their hair cut. I understand that not all children sit still and some may take longer than others but your appointment times should accommodate that. A walk-in should not be seen before somey with an appointment does.

Que is an amazing person. She does quality work on my son’s difficult hair texture/ style I like. I have watched Kai get more comfortable with each visit and it is all thanks to her!

Que was really good with our two and half years old son. We were dreading this moment when he would have a haircut because our first experience at another hair salon wasn’t so great but Que made it seem all easy. I recommend this place and we will for sure go back.
