The lady who cut my sons hair didnt seem to know how to cut a childs hair. She blamed bald spots that she made with the clippers on my son's head shape/texture. When I tried to work with her to correct his hair to my preferences she got an attitude and started throwing scissors and combs around. When I went to check out she still had an attitude and slammed the register closed. She made sure to let me know that she wasn't happy with the fact that I'm not happy about my son's haircut

The worst hair cut that my daughter has ever gotten. Now I have to pay another stylist to fix the hair cut. I told her that wasn’t what we wanted she tried to fix it but just made it worse after and hour I was done and just wanted to leave. We were also supposed to get a shampoo and the lady forgot. The place also smelled, neve going back.

Nikki did absolutely wonderful with my 13 month olds first haircut. He was moving around and not too sure about the whole situation but she did wonderful and his hair looks so cute!

We took our son here for his first haircut and haven’t gone elsewhere since! We always have a great experience here. My son has never been afraid of getting his haircut and I’d like to credit Cookie Cutters for the awesome kid friendly environment + amazing customer service! Nikki was our stylist today, she gave him the exact cut I had in mind and even styled it afterwards. I’ve already sent some of my friends this way! Will always take my son here for his cuts!

I have taken my children to to Pigtails and Crew Cuts for the past six years but I got sick of the wait time. Cookie Cutters allows you to make appointments and with three children in tow that’s a much better fit for my family. The facility is clean and isn’t cluttered and littered with toys and a ridiculous amount of merchandise. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I like that instead of children digging through a germy treasure box they get a cute little balloon at the end of their visit. I will definitely be coming back!
